a-GAPe Challenge Values Accessible Discipleship and Leadership Training for School Leavers in Western Sydney

The gospel need in the West of Sydney is clear. To quote Gary Koo, Bishop of the Western Region of the Sydney Anglican Diocese, "Western Sydney is both diverse and changing." Yet, this diversity and the circumstances of our multicultural and marginalised communities often make intentional discipleship & training opportunities inaccessible - both in terms of transport, and financially.

a-GAPe Challenge seeks to bridge this gap. It is a low-cost, local church-based Gap Year. We run on a tight budget, and as expenses rise year to year, we do not want to pass this cost on to the school leavers participating in a-GAPe Challenge.
