1. Chat with your parents and minister

Have a discussion with your parents, as well as your minister. They are key people that you need to discuss the possibility of a gap year with.

3. Attend an interview with your minister

After reviewing your application and chatting to your referees, we will call you for an interview to discuss what your a-GAPe Challenge may look like, with your minister and an a-GAPe Challenge Team member.
This will include discussing what your Training Plan could look like.
4. Receive an Offer of Acceptance

If accepted, you will receive an offer of acceptance to sign and return, along with your draft Training Plan.
You will then be in a position to progress discussions with a School for a gap year placement (we can provide guidelines) or seek secular work.
5. Prepare for your a-GAPe Challenge
5. Prepare for your a-GAPe Challenge
As the new year rolls around, we'll send an enrolment pack, as well as details for you to pay the fees prior to the year/term starting.
Your a-GAPe Challenge year will then commence on the first Monday in February.
